At Dronefly, we stand by our high-performance technology and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unopened condition. If your equipment doesn't meet your flight requirements, we are here to ensure a seamless exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific drone or accessory.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all propellers, batteries, and controllers are included, then pack it inside a sturdy shipping box.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit process.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and flight logs, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
